The Indonesian draft is the reference if translations differ. The final version still requires legal review.
Planned courier services
The planned Biteship integration includes JNE for intercity deliveries and GoSend and GrabExpress for local instant services. Instant services require address coordinates; actual options depend on coverage and courier availability.
Schedule and daily cutoff
JNE dispatches are planned for Monday–Thursday to reduce weekend transit. The initial daily cutoff is 12:00 WIB (Asia/Jakarta); the Owner sets holidays and schedule changes before the service opens.
Tracking and receiving fish
Planned tracking uses courier waybills, with manual entry by an admin if the integration is disrupted. Recipients should be ready to receive live fish and record unboxing. Courier booking and tracking are not available on this website yet.
Buying from outside Indonesia
We don't ship outside Indonesia yet.
We'll open one country at a time, once these four things are ready for that country:
- Papers from Indonesia
- Quarantine and export documents for live fish.
- Destination rules
- The import permits and entry requirements of that country.
- A licensed partner
- A receiver of live fish in that country who has a written agreement with us.
- Payment and guarantee
- A way to pay from abroad, and a live-arrival guarantee written for that country.
Until then, we don't show shipping prices, delivery times, or partners for any country. Prices in other currencies on fish pages are estimates; you are charged in Indonesian rupiah (IDR).
