The system plan restricts personal data and claim evidence to parties who need them for the service. Channels for access, correction, or deletion requests and the operator's identity and contact details will be clarified before the final version is published.
Retention and legal review
Retention periods for DOA evidence and refund destination data are not set yet. Processing grounds, privacy notices, and other retention terms await legal review; this draft does not claim that legal compliance has been verified.
