Evidence and submission window
The planned DOA (Dead on Arrival) guarantee requires a continuous, unedited unboxing video starting with the sealed package. Claims are planned within 3 hours of the courier's delivered status; video limits are 5 minutes and 500 MB.
Planned compensation
Approved claims are planned to receive an equivalent replacement fish or a refund of the fish price, excluding shipping. The buyer pays shipping for replacement fish.
Claim review
The target for claim review is 24 hours. Submission, claim decisions, and final conditions remain in development and require legal review.
